Ray Owen sings the blues at this Birmingham gig of Juicy Lucy. Well worth seeing live, and well worth getting their cd ! ( ps I have no vested interest in this, Im just a fan !)As there are no Muddy Waters Howling Wolf etc around anymore, this will do nicely ! Ray Owen originally did this in 1969 with the later version of classic cult band The Misunderstood. That later version of the Misunderstood ended up being Juicy Lucy taking Ray with them.

Noddy..this is a pre Juicy Lucy tune, I have it as a Misunderstood '45 on Fontana.

The Misunderstood there is some footage with Led Zeppelin at the famous 'Staines Lino factory' gig..you can see Ray with no doubt the hat that Hendrix must have given him
