^^ just a quick little amv I did, I haven't done one in a long while so I thought it was about time I did. ^^;;; I love this crazy show.
This is purely fanmade I do not own the song or the amv, I just like giving free commercials to these companies so people will watch their animes.

@aryllia Heh, sorry to disappoint, but i'm hardly what my friends refer to as a japanophile. I actually discovered Zetsubou-sensei when I was past my peak of interest in anime, but the whole thing was just so awesomely off the wall that I can't help but laugh, even if a few gags are real head scratchers for non-Japanese speakers. My favourite character is Chiri, because she seems to be the polar opposite of HL's Joker (everything must be PROPER!) yet every bit as sporadically violent.

Well, it makes the show more special. Something so peculiar that it simply can't be translated or understood by those who haven't been geeking over just about everything Japanese for quite a while. I know there are fine culture movies like that - that only the finest of the fine culture people understands.
I declare SZS to be the high goal of all Japan-geeks - all other anime and manga are merely preparations :B

This show seriously isn't as popular as it deserves to be. I kind of wish it had a dub, but its jokes are often so culture based ("Teeth unkown to my parents"/Wisdom Teeth) that it just doesn't seem possible to do - certainly not without huge jarring text boxes of joke explanation.
