@JernauGurgeh1 yea im up to 8832m now so getting there but its bloody tough. HR is in the high 190's by the end at 20spm

@AxelPRC 8598 isn't bad by any means. It will be better than the majority of normal club and university level rowers. However when you get into the senior squad the standard is 9k which is 1:40 and even for under 23's the standard is about 8800 (it was 8750, but it's been revised upwards). So don't get too down on yourself, it still good

the part at the end is sum great motivation.... im doing tabata and i guess for it to work i need to strive for that sort of exhaustion... looks like genuine oxygen debt madness!!!!

ive never done an erg at altiude but i bet its crazy hard. I once saw 5 New Zealand rowers holding 1:40 for 30min at 20spm and I think most of them will be able to do it at altitude I mean it was Rob Waddell, Mahe Drysdale world champ pair Hamish Bond and Eric Murray and Carl Meyer who was in the nz 4- at the olympics. All of those guys were pulling 2k's under 5:50. My PB is 8598m which is only like 1:44.6 at 20spm so im wayy off haha

7520m in 30 minutes 1:59 for 30 minutes. 500m in 1.29. Tomorrow im going to try 8000m in half hour. I do indoor rowing for fun, only been practicing 2 months.
