@Kyokushinkai92 Thank You so much for your words. I've just moved to my hometown, I'm living with one of my sisters now and I don't know but it's helping me out because I grown with her so it's like a primitive trusting relationship that is helping me out to go through of all of this horrible -day by day- nightmare and just forget it one day. Even though you think it's impossible God will make it easier for you. He'll put things right so you can make it. Wish u the best with yours. God Bless U!!

@Notmineonline my English is not really good. But I think I understand what you suffer from. Maybe just a little... If I learnt something from OCD it's that you can NEVER understand these feelings without having the same problem. Exposition in your key means perhaps NOT to look at people even though it's so hard to avoid. You have to stand the bad feelings and they will get better... trust me! It is so hard, but it kills you inside... you can just fight! It's hard... I hope I could help you...

@Notmineonline it has ruined my life as well... i had hand washing, shower, fear of feces... the only way i could get rid of these things was to do the opposite of the "normal" reaction. 10 minutes for shower, not longer. once soap, thats enough. and a person next to me which controls me (well not by the shower) but i fought and i won. it has stolen 2 years in my young life... im fine now. small things which are still not okay but im fine! i dont know what to do with ocd-thouhgts...i am so sorry

i tell u one thing about ocdians is that they r strong much enough in comparison to others to beat them in their aspects. I have ocd and i challenge u that it will be the hardest thing of ur life to beat an ocdian.

@piXiegiwL I have OCD (I can't stand next to anybody without looking at them for no reason)... It has ruined my life... I can't even go to college because of my OCD, I can't work, I can't go out, can't make new friends (I only have some old friends since they were friends before this thing happened to me but I'm afraid they'll realize what is going on so I don't talk to them very often). I've tried to live in a Christian life but this is making it harder than I thought...

@Kyokushinkai92 What are you talking about? Expositioin to that we avoid? and what if you have to hurt people to face the problem? I mean, My OCD is not with things, it is with people, I can't stop looking at someone at a time and they kind of freak out. I can't stop thinking about it whenever I'm rounded by people and they all end up doing like similar... I wouldn't like to ruin anybody's life. So how can I front it without hurting people? I don't know what to do.

The Best way to fight this according to me is to start becoming Brave and Positive about our thinking, behaviour in short Positive Attitude..........
WE ALL OCDians ARE TOGETHER IN THIS...WE LIVE TOGETHER..WE DIE TOGETHER..AND WE WILL ALL COME OUT OF THIS TOGETHER SOON :)
