  • i was a 14 year old boy and had the amazing opportunity to be in the studio during the recording of this song and the hole album( livin on honky tonk time). i still feel that bass deep in my heart. the band was a Edgy complete sound with Energy and Emotion. it was was ahead of its time. they just had a hard time being placed with that hard edgy feel. and joe did make it, because he is still playing and has friends and company Everywhere he goes. lov to All

  • @lw1bassmaster1 That's cool. I always liked Joe's music

  • Hey.. Joe Sun is getting a lot of attention lately, one of the songs (Sound Of A Woman Saying Goodbye) from the recently Joe Sun produced Sam Roark album "CHECK OUT GIRL" is shooting up New Music Weekly's indie chart (#21 last week) like a runaway truck and the radio stations are going through their archives, taking a lot of Joe's songs off the shelf and puttting them back on the air....

  • @1950Jersey Thats cool. Always Joe's music.

  • I was only recently introduced to Joe Sun and I really took a liking to his music right away...Glad you are having some of his music up here on the tube!!! Never too old to appreciate something "new"!! Thanks Ron....TC Marianne.....

  • @mommenon1 I really like his music. Like Eddie says can't believe he didn't become a huge star. I will be posting more of his songs soon.

  • @lw1bassmaster1 I had the pleasure and honor to work with him as his tour manager when he toured Europe in the late 90s. He is such a great guy in private live, and such an appearance on stage..... one of e most underestimatet country singers, and one of the best voices I´ve ever heard. ....

  • @teddie488 He really did put out some pretty good music. I also always thought he would have been a big star, but I guess it just wasn't meant to be.

  • Ron i used to have 2 albums by Joe he is brilliant this is one of them and i saw him a t a country concert in the UK . i just can't help wondering why he never took off in a big way. I loved his version of Old Flames. Brilliant RonThanks
