Nick & Sharon 11-3-09 Part 2

Nick meets with Adam and demands that stay away from Sharon and in order to make sure that happens Nick is sending Adam on a PR junket for Saveneur. Meanwhile, Sharon shows up at Billys and informs him that she is quitting. Michael meets with Nick to explain to him that, thanks to Billys article, the SECs investigation is going ahead and the only way to stop it is to pay out. Sharon assures Adam that she will miss him while hes gone. ­

The only thing painful is JM's awful acting, and Nick is such a tool, he's in way over his head and he looks like an idiot sitting in his fathers chair trying to be TGVN2.0. Sharon and Adam are riveting to watch. Adam and Sharon will be the couple to watch in '10 with fans asking phick, shick who?

It comes down to the fact that Nick will never allow Adam to be with the love of his life, which remains Sharon. He will always interfere.

The funny thing is, if Adam hadn't committed such horrible acts in the past, I could actually see Sharon and Adam together, but as it stands now with Adam stealing her baby, it makes me sick to see them being friends.

I really want Nick and Sharon to be eventually reunited but I want Sharon to be strong and independent and for Nick to want her not based on redeeming his past but based on an enduring love and passion for who she IS and was.

It's not about liking pairings. I feel that the actress SC has grown immensely during her tenure on YR. Not so w/JM or the character. Perhaps it's due to the conflate of various writers that he has been lost and somewhat fragmented. Whatever it is shows in the actor's portrayal; he appears disjointed as to what he is supposed to be bringing to his scenes. SC is solid no matter what is given to her, she's in it with conviction therefore presenting it seamlessly.

SC is a first class actress, JM phones his scenes and why put her with that? At least MM is to her level the two actors work well and it's coming across loud and clear. The most controversial pairings sometimes work the best.

I think Sharon should go back to Genoa City University and finish her degree. She can't be a spokesperson forever ... and she was a good student way back when. Would open up a bunch of new storylines and potential romances AND how much could it cost (they could just show her studying in her home all the time). AND Nick should only find out about her life through offhand remarks made by Noah - just like Sharon found out Nick was engaged etc. through Noah when they broke up.
