Oh you do, do you? If that's water, the water should probably be more than 100 degrees celsius.. Believe me, it hurts.

I actually superheat the water for my tea on a regular basis, since I start with filtered water and a clean poreclain mug. I am extremely careful and time the microwave precisely, and even then I have to be careful when I drop the tea bag in the water.

Supercooling is cooler still,although not necessarily more explosive:D
