@NDW85 It sounds like Jeff Bergman to me. The quality of this commercial looks a little 90s to me and Tweety's voice here does sound kind of off, so this can't be Mel Blanc doing it. I think around this time Tiny Toon adventures was out and Jeff was voicing Tweety on that show so it's probably Jeff Bergman.
