I was right at the front - and could see U2 watching the end of Baba Maals set before he went off .... before the compare persuaded the encore.
was it me or had the compare been doing alot of 1-2 1-2 tests all night ... hinting at a big 'rock and roll surprise' & kinda expected then even before seeing them because of that ... still very very special
