HMS Raleigh - Ceremonial Passing Out Parade - 1st July 1988

A short montage taken from the video of my Ceremonial Passing Out Parade at HMS Raleigh on 1st July 1988. I was in Benbow 20, joining in May 1988. If there are any of my old class mates out there looking at this and recognising yourself, please get in touch. I was WEM Ellwood. Also passing out on the same parade were Nelson 20, and Honour guard - Oliver 20.

@shelbypark128 - Bearing in mind this was 22 years ago now, I'm not too sure if the passing out parades are done the same or not. You will have the most spectacular day though never-the-less. It will be a day both you and your son will never forget.

Hi, Am in the process of having mine put on to DVD, I was Anson 37 of 1987, passing out was nov-ish of the same year, dont know if would have been gone by then but can send you a copy when its done if you want.

I really enjoyed watching this. I was the US Navy Lieutentant on exchange as Walker Division Officer. Can't see myself in the clip, but I'm sure I was there. Thanks for posting -- and thanks for your service.

Shame I cant find a vid from my year (1987) I was in Oliver 14's - Great time and some wicked beastings!!
