I'd rather listen to Brando than the self-aggrandizing behavior of Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and Madonna. Ever heard Brando's views about the white man and white supremacy?? Ever knew that Brando and James Baldwin were friends? Watch the old documentary "RAONI" about the destruction of the indigenous tribes in Brazil. BRANDO drew attention to that AND to Raoni, who began the movement to protect the land of the native Indigenous population in Brazil.

What Brando is describing is demonization of peoples; something that's always done to take advantage of them. If a given group is characterized as somehow less than human, then the dominant population will be that much more ready to go along with whatever form of exploitation is visited upon them. Today one group that's being demonized is illegal immigrants, to the delight of whites who are being economically disenfranchised by the power structure. The real demons inhabit the power structure.
