@21crosscheck21 Are you here assuming that a certain TRANSLATION is "the word of God"?.. if so, which translation should I be reading for 30 days?
-
@questioneverything2 Well, in christianity all exist in a divine purpose, because a God or gods want us to exist, we are a result of God/s fantasy and everyt exisiting thing represent and mirrors parts of Gods personality. In that way everything can be one and one thing be all things. But I will have to get back to you on the Alfa and Omega on saturday, because tomorrow I will be busy. I`ll send you a message instead, I can write more at one time. Have a nice evening.

@NeedUpgrade Thank you for answering my questions. Jesus is even referd to as Alfa and Omega? That isn't scriptural, if you show me then you'll make a believer out of me. Please use the King James Bible. I won't get into John 1:1 because so many Christians change the word "Word" into Jesus. If you place line upon line to Gen 1 God spoke His word and it became His creation. It is a stretch to redefine Word into Jesus. That my friend is a desperate attempt to make Jesus God. He isn't the Father.

@NeedUpgrade Jesus is messiah, which means chosen. I suppose it could mean a chosen part of the trinity. Jesus is son of God because he was born on earth by the help of God. Ëmanuel, or Immanuel, means "God with us", which could mean that Jesus brought Gods blessings to his followers or that he was a part of a trinity so God was with them literary. Anoninted is the translated word from Christ.

@questioneverything2 Well, I will try my best. Jesus is Christ, and he goes by the titles that you stated, he is even referd to as Alfa and Omega, and the "Word". (Satan and God has also many titles). Christ was not created, he is refferd to as the origin of every created thing, through Jesus is all things created. And Jesus is christ. John 1:1 says that the Word was God. Jesus was the one to prove himself better than satan according to Jahs wiew of what is correct.
-
@NeedUpgrade Define Christ. It means the Messiah, Who is the Messiah? The Son of God? Emanuel? Jesus? The Lamb? Is the messiah the anointed one? If one is anointed by God does that make them God? I need to know we are on the same page. Many Christians don't know where the root meanings of the words in scriptures come from or what they mean. Whats it mean to you?

@21crosscheck21 Trinitarians say, the trinity is the Father , Son and Holy Spirit, I have no argument with that. Unless you change the word "Son" with "Jesus". Clearly it doesn't say The Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

@21crosscheck21 You said, "The Word was God..... or "our great God and Savior Jesus Christ." How does one have to change words"?The word was God. That doesn't say Jesus was God. It says the Word was God. That is change #1 I'm sorry I have a KJ and I can't find, in any combination of words "our great God and Savior Jesus Christ." Maybe Acts 20:21 But that doesn't read anything like what you quoted. Looks like someone twisted the meanings of your bible translation.
Wow! That's what God told me to do. Read the bible as a child, forgetting all that I was taught. When I did this, the Bible was made very clear to me. I started as a Jesus was God reader then as I read it anew, PRESTO! Jesus isn't God. I can"t find any scriptures in the Bible that say Jesus is God, unless I start to change the meanings of the words. Example the WORD is Jesus or God in the flesh does not mean God "AS" the flesh,or the Spirit descended on Jesus doesn't mean the temple is Spirit.

@questioneverything2 "I can"t find any scriptures in the Bible that say Jesus is God, unless I start to change the meanings of the words" The Word was God..... or "our great God and Savior Jesus Christ." How does one have to change words in order to get the Idea that those two verse (two among many) are teaching that Jesus is God?

@21crosscheck21 You would be surprised to realize how many scriptures you have changed to make Jesus God. I agree Jesus is the Son of God, but no more than that. If you will give me one scripture I'll show you where you change the meaning. What do you do with a scripture that says? " No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him."? To declare someone isn't to be that person.

@questioneverything2 "To declare someone isn't to be that person" This statement alone demonstrates your complete ignorance of what Trinitarians believe.... hence demonstrating that you are arguing and fighting against something that you haven't even tried to understand. That's tragic and foolish. Learn what your fighting against first.... otherwise your just rejecting out of ignorance.
