I'm not a big Hells Angels advocate but they got a bad rap from the press. That guy that was murdered by the Angels (Marideth Hunter) was high on drugs, waving around a gun, and telling several people in the crowd that he was going to kill Mick Jaggar. He made his way closer to the stage acting crazy and the Angels killed him. If your making death threats with a loaded gun don't be surprised when someone kills you. The Angels saved the Stones and in turn got several false stories from the press.

First, I'm not solely a Stones freak. I love lots of types of music and bands. That said, every once in a while I am reminded of the outrageously, ridiculous catalog of great songs that the Stones have, most co-written by Keith. I love his songs, his guitar playing, and his singing. Quite simply, the man is the coolest, baddest fucking rock star ever, period.

The Hells Angel involved actually saved lives.. the gun weilding idot was high on meth and repeatedly rushed the stage with intent to harm Mick or other band members. It was accidently caught on film by the crew filming "Gimme Shelter." This 2 second footage was used in court and the biker was aquited for stabbing him in self defense. If not for him, one or more of the Stones could have been murdered right there on stage.
