Absolutely brilliant!
On that program with James May on his favourite toys and super sizing them. I just was so depressed at seeing all these fanatics of meccano and never even taking it out the box.
These toys really are made to be played with and to be enjoyed!
Its not like they're going to break, ive got some of my old dads meccano and still play with it when i come home from uni aged 20, so thats 55 year old meccano, and it is still up to the JOB!!!

Excellent idea. There are church towers that have autimatic chiming barrels that play tunes on the bells throughout the day, this works along very similar lines

Well, actually it is 1950s Meccano (Made in England) but I DO have some really old Maeklin stuff as well!
