I have to agree with nina, I lived in Sicily for awhile with my pops and he showed me how they made them. There was meat inside and cheese. I like the concept of making them small. Mine are always pretty large, I didn't think that they were baked just fried.

ok this is nothing like how I saw the Italian lady make them....there was meat inside and she didn't bake it......and they were round nice size balls....

Dear youtube ad's please make some better filters for them. If I searched for Crescents this would have been a good ad but no I searched for Arancini. An Italian dish. Spelling of both are probably off but o well.

the cooks on this show dont seem to be very articulate. That is why I think she is there, to ask the questions us dumb dumbs (non chef's) need to know.
