Star Trek: "The Doomsday Machine" (Act 2, Scene 01 - Alternate Version)

The USS Enterprise flees from the planet killer in the opening scene from Act II of the classic 1967 "Star Trek" episode "The Doomsday Machine". What you see here is my own interpretation of this scene--all of the models and visual effects you see here are my creation.

This is an alternate version of this particular scene that I ultimately discarded in favor of the "F-18" version I posted earlier today. The Enterprise is supposed to be desperately evading the planet killer, but in this clip she looks like she's out for a leisurely Sunday stroll in an asteroid field. Not quite the look I was going for. :)

Where's the Constellation? Enterprise should be towing the Constellation till the Planet Killer strikes the Enterprise. Hence the reason the Enterprise is able to outrun it after being separated by the blast from the Constellation. I like this shot visually though.
