BG&E Glitch - Hovercrafting and Flying Around the City Isle

This is probably my favorite BG&E vid so far. Flying the Beluga around in the 'overworld' version of the City is neat, and hovercrafting on the isle surrounding it is a blast. Easy glitch to do, too!
