  • I fully understand Calvinism friend that is why I refute the heresy!

  • @Gate2enter4life47

You understand hyper Calvinism. Which is indeed heretic.

A hyper-Calvinist is someone who either:

Denies that the gospel call applies to all who hear, OR

Denies that faith is the duty of every sinner, OR

Denies that the gospel makes any "offer" of Christ, salvation, or mercy to the non-elect (or denies that the offer of divine mercy is free and universal), OR

Denies that there is such a thing as "common grace," OR

Denies that God has any sort of love for the non-elect.

  • I will ask you a question, If God told the Apostles to abide in Christ what are the consequences of not abiding in Christ?

  • @Gate2enter4life47

These questions are all answered in the sermon. I highly doubt you have listened to them. But to answer your question, I'd agree with you that you're not saved if you don't abide in Christ. You're also not a saved if you don't endure to the end. Because our faith is a supernatural gift of God. Scripture clearly states, "God is the author and finisher of our faith. 1 John tells us that those who leave the faith, or "fall off," were never real to begin with.

  • I have a question for all Calvinists! If God willed men to go to hell by divine election, why did He say He is not willing that any should perish? Is God a liar? Another Question. If God only elected a special few, why did He tell the disciples whosoever believes and is baptized shall be saved, and whoever believes in Him shall not perish, God so loved the world that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish. Not only would you be spreading a lie you would by your notion be saying God lies?

  • @Gate2enter4life47

God never willed men to perish. Come back when you understand what Calvinism teaches.

  • @sungamones If you know and understand what Calvinism teaches, perhaps you could help others understand as well instead of sending them on their way. Christians are just as divided over the Scriptures as the world they came out of. If you have any clarity at all help others better understand the word of our Savior, please.

  • When we deny Him He will not deny us He cannot deny Himself. Confessing not before Father and not being spoken up by Christ has nothing to do with assurance or confirmation.Christ had not yet died and was talking to Jews under law. Outward characteristics of "looking" saved are not criteiria of being saved;Thank God or all would be in trouble.Perserverance is exactly opposite when there is no evidence for the elect's being elected, God will perservere in a persons life, giving lasting faith.

  • Perserverance of saints is NOT about losing salvation. The doctrine is your faith cannot change or by evolution become something else.It is Christ's faith that cannot change. I live by the faith of the Son of God. It is God's job to keep His elect. When we are faithless He remains faithful, He cannot deny Himself. When you think you cannot go on, a new grace is established to perservere. This not about losing salvation, but the faith daily to live. God says, your faith will not fail

There is no such things as a hyper Calvinist or a moderate Calvinist.

  • He was blotted out because he rebelled against Christ.

  • And appoints him his portion with the unbelievers. This is the judgement he dealt to his apostate apostle Judas. When judgement came down Judas was cut down by death and banished to hell. "Judas by TRANSGRESSION fell" He was in the vine he had to be to have a divine calling as an apostle of the Lamb, he proclaimed the gospel and would have worked miracles and on returning was filled with joy especially to know his name was written in the Lamb's Book of life. But alas he lost all.

  • uk 12:45 But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken;

Luk 12:46 The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers.

Here is a servant of God who turns against his servants and when the Lord deals with him, cutting him down.....

  • What would a conditional pronouncement that demands the person overcome and the consequences of not overcoming meant that the hearers who did not overcome would suffer the terrifying judgement of being blotted out of the lamb's book of life or facing the second death (lake of Fire) as judgement.
