With all due respect, what exactly is the appeal of a car like this? I would suspect it would have terrible handling characteristics ie: body roll, top heaviness and would probably be quite bouncy as well. It wouldn't be particularly fast or comfortable or fuel efficient or cheap to keep on the road with all the modifications. Tires would be a fortune and you would be a target for rim thieves. It's not all that practical, you can't really put anything in it with the trunk full of speakers.
