Chances are I may not get answer to this about the tripod topic: but places where they say "no tripods", would they allow monopods? I know not as good but probably better than nothing. On a side note, Scott Kelby is a great inspiration to me to travel and take better photos. Keep it up guys.

Great video! I kept stopping to make notes on some of the tips Scott shared: fall foliage using Lab mode, doing pano with 2 images in CS6 - great stuff!
