No, it is perfectly fine to critisize Jonas Brothers for doing a cover because:

a) JB recorded 2 Busted songs (Year 3000 & What I go to school for) Only a year after Busted split up, so Busted fans would be annoyed as its Busteds songs.

b)This version is more popular (Cos of self centered Americans and Disney) so that annoys Busted fans

c)This version is terrible

d)Busted didn't cover songs for singles when they started, JB try to feed off their success. No respect for them then.

noooo wots this. busted were gay and they have actually made the song MORE cheesy. i mean i loved the song cos i grew up with it but this is horrific!

Bands do covers of other songs all the time. There's no reason the Jonas Brothers should be getting crap for doing it to.
And PS these other bands also change some of the lyrics too.
Get over yourself for thinking you're awesome just because you hate a certain band. They shouldn't be critisized for doing a cover. I think it's awesome no matter what band is doing it or what song is being done.

Okay, wow... that's lame. First of all, Busted WROTE, PRODUCED, AND RECORDED this song years before the Jonas Bros. ever got their hands on it. Although the Jonas Bros. did have permission to use the song, there's no excuse for taking something that was good and transforming it into a piece of crap.
