Amazing. I wish I could make my Morrowind look like that but the performance hit is simply too great for me. At least I can run the extra content mods (i.e. Tamriel Rebuilt) just fine, and that is what matters most to me. The guide I recommend most is Knot's guide, listed in the description of this video!

Honored you have my guide linked here, vtastek.

@vtastek Just posted a thread.

Morrowind mods forums(link is in description) are a better place for this discussion. Many users will help you there. I will be there too. Post a thread about this, include your graphics card, windows version, MGE version. Some screenshots can help too. My final advice here is updating your graphics card drivers and latest Directx 9. See you on the forums.

@vtastek So I activated the shaders through the list and installed a bunch more mods. Right after I installed the shaders and launched the game based on the tutorial, now the game intro is all pixelated and the graphics are all screwed up and I can't navigate or see anything on the main menu. When I turn the shaders off, it's fine and the mods I recently installed also work fine. Any suggestions or ideas would be very helpful. As i'd very much like to utilize these shaders.
A wonderous 12 FPS!

@TrickyDickStudios, forcing all these HQ shaders on a heavily modded Morrowind when you have a 6 years old computer, don't try it at home. Besides, I knew nothing about optimization. And some of the blame goes to Bethesda, they make games so CPU intensive.

@vtastek
It wasn't a personal attack on you or your abilities good sir. Just a snide comment in jest.

@TrickyDickStudios, I didn't think it was. ;) Just wanted to clarify the reason why it is that way. I wish I could provide a more smooth video.
