Yes. I would go further ... there are no Republicans and Democrats, there are two hierarchies that take their orders from the same place and put on a show for the confused people who have no idea what is going on. Globalization has turned into broadening that hierarchy to foreign elites and money.

Seems to me that Drew is not out to become a politician. While he many not have all the answers, he certinaly has much to say and truths that simply cannot be denied. I wish the America people would "wake up" and realize that we can't afford to vote on a president simply by our emotions.

OK. Then how does Westen explain that Gore got more votes than Bush? Or that Kerry beat the ultra-emotional Dean?

Hardly groundbreaking stuff is it? Drew should take a leaf from his own book and be a little more charismatic. The Guardian says this is required reading in Westminster but those in the village should be weary of the Atlantic divide.
