  • just trying to lose weight. If muscle comes on, that's okay, but any tips for quick fat loss using kettlebells.?

  • @JesseP11 keep the training intensity high with sub max loads and you'll see some good results with these alternative training tools!

  • what did u guys put in those tanks sand or water or mix cuz i try mixing it and fuck it was heavy as hell and i dont have the same tanks that u guys have

  • @M3Bunny we just used water for our beer kegs, only put about 20 litres in making it about 30kg. that was a challenge for most people when doing it for reps
