@Marilyn 1375 you do not eat breakfast u can drink herbal tea or water or coffee. The hve a mid morning snack witch is one of the protocol fruits then u have a lunch mid day snack then diner.

hello i want to start soon but I really don't know what to eat at all...can u please help me if what to start eating like in the morning for breakfest, then snack, lunch, or even diner... I really don't like any vegies what so ever...so I don't know what else to subtitute the vegies wh?
