Wow... I wonder what this commercial would look like if it was Sue ordering a Big Mac at McDonalds..... I don't think I want to see what happens behind the scenes... anyways... I enjoy Starbucks myself and would love to think that they would do all that for me... plus they should offer free gift cards more often like the one at

SO much made out of so little. If more Americans travelled they'd realise just how very second rate so much of American culture really is.. . Coffee, food-- Americans only think it's good because they dont know the real thing.There are no Starbucks in Italy.
And a trip to Vienna would soon show you what a real coffee house is like. Starbucks is the McDonaldisation of European coffee houses with some Italian names thrown in for good measure. But isnt it just glorified instant coffee?
