Actually when you think about it a newpaper takes pictures of people leaving court, being arrested, walking down the street and publish it in the paper the very next day. have these people given their permission..?? Well that will be a big FAT NO then..these cops clearly don't know the law. Youtube have removed videos of Bailiffs and Censor staff after they have complained about their privacy that i think is a youtube rule rather than any implied right the individual has
