@disturbed66venus army uniform is ACU's....this isnt acus or abus....its the marines utility unform. and since his name and insignias are still sewn on....then he mustve served till a full retirement....otherwise wearing it would be illegal.....unless he's reserves right now which would be more likely because they dont do anything...
