I knew a big gold prospector who lived nearby: Bill Hall. He was operating the biggest mining operation in Alaska. He said that there were boats 50 miles inland - and survivors with the boats. He must have been several hundred miles away from this video area. A crowd emerged on a 300 foot bluff; and they all died from the wave. The water in his sink went up like one piece of jello; and burst on the ceiling. A doctor ran around for an hour, not realizing that he was wearing only his belt and gun.
