Tweede klas lagere school 1959.

Nicely done. I got in trouble with the music director at the church where I used to play because I played it about that speed. The twerp thought it should be played like a bloody dirge. I lost the argument and the job, but not my musical and artistic integrity. After all, the title does say "Joy" and to me, the folks who play it like a dirge have no joy in the performance.

This is a beautiful tune not only spiritual but it also potrayed one's ardent desire for Jesus
This is the piece that I will perform on my piano recital on Jan 15, 2011 and I hope I'd be able to play this as good as this pianist.

Shall we leave the judging to God please? "Let he who has commited no sin, throw the first stone"... "find the log in your own eye before pulling the splinter from someone elses".
