Week 6 - I'm really enjoying these new moves! It was definitely a butt kicker of a workout but the new moves make the workout fly by quickly and keep me from feeling bored (which means focusing on fatigue). What a blast!

  • Well, I barely began Insanity myself. Despite the fact that I felt like a train just ran over me this first week, I've stuck with it...soreness be dammed. I gotta tell you, after watching you do this vid, I know I'm so gonna die! I'm looking forward to it, though. >:-D

  • @DarthVato76 Way to go! You just have to keep pressing play, that is it. And after you get through the workouts once, they go by faster the next time (to me)... AND! Moving those muscles definitely takes the soreness away till afterwards, right? :) DIG DEEP! You got it in ya!

  • @eurcynia im matt q i did this for 5 weeks now i think i been strong tho ha wish i can already join the back up fitness i sweat like crazy u are good tho

  • @eurcynia Oof!! Definitely did. I just got past Week 2, and after doing Pure Cardio last night, Cardio Abs was kicking my ass--in a good way, though. But yeah, fought through the soreness, and still hanging in there.

Love the cardio, that's for sure! >:-)

  • @batesgr My apologies, I rewatched the video (boy has form changed) and after the workout I did say it wasn't hard and said I'm saying this when I didn't complete them all the way through -- Probably what I meant (this is a year old) was that I could do the moves (other workouts, especially in month one the intervals seemed IMPOSSIBLE and utterly painful). At this point it kicked my butt, I could do them but I didn't have the STAMINA to do them all the way through.

  • @eurcynia I think you need to watch your clip again, you were they one who say it wasn't that hard...I am just trying to give people a realistic prospective. I think you should back up your comments and just say it was difficult but I can't really judge the workout because I didn't complete the workout as per what the disc lay's out...bottom line is that Plyo is hard, especially when you complete it properly

  • @batesgr I never said it wasn't hard, I said it was fun and kicked my butt. Stop trying to pick fights and take a moment to read people's posts.

  • @MrAlchie

Max Interval plyo is hard...don't listen to Juile...she took a break to cut her nails and then still couldn't complete most of the intervals...I only stopped a few times and this workout kicked my butt....

  • heyyyy julie, even though i'm having a rest day tomorrow (i'm still a baby, just finished the 2nd week), i enjoy watching your videos and anticipating what's more to come. errggghhhhhhh i'm kind of anxious waiting for the 2nd month to kick in! but watching you give some commentary makes it a little less daunting. cheers~
