@Answersinbooks You're right about Daniel not having the necessary answers. I just feel that mirrors would probably be harder to defend in court, since, strictly speaking, they are not original works.
@RtFusion The best way to pay for a lawyer is ahead of time, by going in and putting down a retainer. For most people, a retainer is at least $1000, which is good enough to deal with minor stuff -- but remember, this is for a retainer, in anticipation for costs down the road. It doesn't mean that your next suit will cost $1000, just that most of the time that's the amount people start off at. I don't know how much I'll be giving for a retainer or to whom; first I have to get some money together.
With my DMCA issue with Daniel, I did counterfile and was processed on August the 3rth and 12 business day in, my account go reactivated and those two video reinstated, and the related strikes removed. I do have one question though: How much *ballpark* did you pay for a lawyer? No need to say, though.
Agree for the most part. However AW did in the video request it to be mirrored so permission was given by him.
If it had gone to court I would have gained clarification on that but when the judge asked why it was mirrored. Well that would have thrown up a lot of bad answers for Daniel in this case.

Regardless, well done. :)
