And Channel 18 bought quite a few British shows, too. Imagine the shock of my English friends of a certain age when I mention that I used to watch "Robin's Nest" and "Man About the House" when I was a kid in the late 70s.

Whoa, Milwaukee was pretty catchy back then ..
WVTV / WCGV ... I was surprised as a kid to learn that those offices were located a fewblocks from my house ... I thought Michigan J. Frog lived in thier & Jamie Foxx and everyone else...
WCGV was UPN now MNTV & WVTV became WB now the CW..
