I'm in a wheelchair too. Crunches is one of the few normal exercises I can do. Love the video. Maybe you can give me more advice. I'm trying to lose weight. Age:21.

would this be benificial for me, being a T-5 complete? aka, no ab muscles at all.

This might be a little controversial, but I feel this exercise working muscles below my point of injury. For example, I cannot feel anything below my navel, yet when I do this exercise and place my hand on my abdomen below the navel, I can tell that those muscles are contracting. So, I am not sure how much this would help you, but if you can perform it safely I think it will definitely provide an increased core strength which will help provide additional trunk support. Make sense?
