  • We carry fully rebuilt image units with brand new Drums and Charge Rolls. You should get the same life as a brand new unit from Xerox, but for only $179.

  • Hey there... Good video! I have a Phaser 7760 - its quite new, but its been sitting unused for quite some time. When I print some test pages, vertical lines start appearing after the 3rd or 4th page. Do you know what I could do to get rid of this? New imaging unit maybe?

  • If the line is on a certain color it very well may be an image unit, try swapping out the bad color image unit with a different one in the machine and see if the line changes color. Also, try printing a repeating defects page. On the control panel go to Information, troubleshooting, print quality problems, repeating defects page. This should help determine the problem. For more info just call us and we'll be happy to help! (703)971-5700 or (800)367-4836

  • Thank you for this video. I just replaced the fans in my 7750 after it kept shutting down due to the fan failure error. Everything is running smoothly once again.

  • @iteminc Yeah, looks like its the imaging units... damn they are expensive, but this printer is like a mercedes when it comes to print quality.
