I have a HQ version of the intro that runs for 1:26 seconds from a CD I have of Children's TV intros, if anybody is interested in listening to the song (or wants it for their ipod or something) contact me and I'll send it you C:
Also, I can send you the whole CD too if you'd like, There is only 1 track I don't know the series title of (because its a wordless song and I don't recognize it) Its a very interesting collection of children's music and is hard to get hold of ^^

Wasn't this a TV-am production originally? Did Channel 5 produce any episodes? Or did they just repeat them?

@97channel Yes Clear Idea made it initially for TVAM then Meridian made another Series for channel 5
