Way to misrepresent the issue there. My understanding of the theory is that matter was compressed into an incredibly small point then expanded. There was not "nothing which exploded" -- that makes about as much sense as "a god snapped their fingers and there was something from nothing, light before the sun was created" etc.

Furthermore, how the universe came to be has nothing to do with how lifeforms evolved. Have you even watched the series? Obviously not for you to say something so ignorant.
