  • Ich versteh zwar kein Wort hat mir aber trozdem geholfen dankee~

  • A couple of notes for our foreign users:

    - make sure you don't loose the rings around the crank arms during your servicing operations

    - rather than reducing noise, the purpose of lubrication is to prevent that toothed (chainset shaft) and threaded parts (bearing cup vs frame shell) get seized for future maintenance

  • Penso che un paio di note possano tornare utili ai lettori:

    - fare attenzione perche' ci sono 2 o-ring o rosette che e' facile perdere quando si smonta l'hollowtech. 1 sul braccio del pedalo sinistro ed uno tra il cilindro e la corona.

    - la lubrificazione con grasso, piu' che per eliminare il rumore, serve per facilitare un nuovo futuro disassemblaggio delle parti filettate (nel telaio) o dentate (nel corpo centrale)

  • why doesn't shimano just hard annodize those cup threads to prevent corrosion? I sure hope Trek used anti-seize on my threads...
