  • Shay, you really inspire me. I watched your ShayLoss videos about 2 weeks ago, and I've been exercising and working out for about month now. I've lost 15 lbs, that isn't much but it's a start, I hope to lose almost as much as you after a year!

  • cliSHAY.

  • Make a motivational channel!!!!!! PLEASE!

  • shay looks so much better here then now... sighs

  • you look so different! :| omgg!! wow im so impressed!! well done shay!

  • I suggest Man's Search for Meaning, by Viktor E. Frankl.. I believe any person can benefit from reading this

  • anyone else think shays cute....? :$

  • Having a goal this a little for me to keep track on. I'll try and making small and simple goals each day from now on. Let's see how it goes!

  • I learned the hard way that quitting will only make things harder. I was on a good diet and exercise plan, lost 25 lbs, and thinking that was all I wanted to do, I quit. But now I'm back at my original weight, and regretting quitting. Start slow, work your way into some sort of plan, make it a habit, and stick with it. It's hard at first, but it gets easier the more you engulf yourself in it.
