Um, folks..........he and his pal, Dopey, were CONVICTED of violating the Voting Rights Act of 1964 and of "voter intimidation". This is not a case of "where's the evidence?". They were CONVICTED in a court of law. Racist Attorney General, Eric Holder, "pulled the plug" prior to sentencing. A new President and a new Attorney General could throw the bastard's ass in jail.
