That's not the only difference. Mac and PC CPUs handle data differently, I believe.

I don't think you realize all a Mac really is is a PC built into a monitor, that can't have parts switched out, and with a fancy other OS on it.

PC - For people who don't mind fixing random computer problems.
Mac - A computer for mommies and daddies who don't know how to use a
computer.
