@Khazard1000 Simple; the young Alice portrayed here is merely a sort of manifestation of the memories (the Mystic Records) held in the Grimoire. It takes the form of the young Alice because that's who wrote it at that time.

@SuperJonathanKane Alice is implied to be a very young youkai and that she became a youkai younger than Marisa's now, so it's very possible that she became one between games.
"Mystic Records", on the other hand... well, Records = Memories. So it's basicaly the manifestation of the memories of the younger Alice imprinted in the Grimoire .
