WTF Jackson Heights is the Cultural Melting pop of the world, The community is close to the airport and the most languages are spoken in JH and everyone is welcome there and now to hear about violence against trans people makes me very angry! I hope folks watch to the end to hear Laverne speak. I personally feel very welcome in Jackson Heights and the venues are so mixed that it has always been a great place hang with my trans friends where Manhattan is much more segregated. I am pissed off!

Many transgender persons have received therapy for their gender confusion and are happier for having done so.You may not want therapy for wanting to live as a girl. That's your choice. But many have received therapy and are glad that the underlying causes of their gender confusion have been brought to the surface and dealt with.
