NYE 2012 fireworks in Central Park

I was on a pathway in the middle of Central Park, Midnight struck and the fireworks started exploding. I walked down from Belvedere Castle, wanting a clearer shot, but realizing that wasn't possible from where I was.
You hear the sounds of cars passing on the 79th St throughway, and cop telling someone to pull over on a PA system.. what a delight, to get a traffic ticket at midnight, on new years eve.
I shot through the trees, to see the fireworks outlined by branches and leaves. It was so beautiful to see the colors outlined by nature...
