Challenge your abs and gain more muscle by doing these modified exercises. "Muscle Confusion" takes place because you're changing your workout every few weeks. (and you will get more well defined abs)

Exercises:
0:18 Mason Twist (Side to Side with Weight) - works whole stomach and obliques
1:10 Two Point Plank (Arm and Leg Raised) - core strength
2:00 Scissor Kicks - works lower abs
2:35 Break - so you can go strong again
3:15 Repeat twice!
5:38 My Progress

Do this workout 3-4 times a week.
You can do an easier, beginner ab workout on your rest days if you're not sore.

  • Hello! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my GF got amazing 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.
