One of the great NY groups. Sang for Danny Robinson on Holiday Records on 125th St. in Harlem. They had six songs which were Castle in the Sky, My Darling To You, When I woke up this morning, I really love her, So why, and Baby. Never totally appreciated.
One of my all time favorites but you might not be so concerned about the condition of your collection if the Mayan Calendar prediction of the world ending next year on December 23 2012 comes true. I am trying to put together a list of everyones favorite doo wop of the 50
and then get a dj to play them befor the world ends
I have this on a red Holiday label; probably a second pressing but still worth the $15 I paid for it over thirty years ago. I had to buy the Lost Nite pressing to play the song. I don't play the rarest records in my collection. Can't take a chance ruining them and bringing down the value.
There is a faster version. Anyone know where to locate that faster version from any artist. :-)
