This video gives hints and tips about vegetarian and vegan shopping.
Many of the products shown in this video are available worldwide. For those that aren't there will be similar items from different brands.
Even some of the vegan products from the health food store are available in supermarkets.
If you're friendly and a regular at a local corner shop, you may be able to get them to order you some products specially. The worst hey can say is "No."

I like what your doing , but to constructively critique , garlic and soy arent healthy at all and should be removed from your eating style. Almond and coconut milks are better. Furthermore, the Raw Food (fruit veg & nuts) lifestyle should be considered.

@trainlinezoo Thank you for this extra information! You are correct about the apple juice being in plastic and I didn't know soymilk had paint in it. I am glad that I normally drink almond milk anyway!

@marcluc1988 Not everyone can go straight up vegan all at once. My comment had no mention of cow meat. Cow meat is a choice but if a person who can't go all the way vegan yet knows that it is time to leave cow, chicken and pig products should consider Bison. It's much healthier in all stats.

@trainlinezoo Why have you mentioned cow meat? This is a vegan video!

Bulgur Wheat or Quinoa is better than brown rice. Instead of the burgers in a box try ordering boxes of excellent product from places like Buffalo Gal dot com. Grass eating Bison beats cow meat in every cat. Soy milk has paint in it - go to Almond milk. The apple juice is in plastic. Better to buy canning jars, a good food processor and a cast iron pot - peel and bake apples once a month. Freeze jars of cooked apples in various consistencies. Easy to do and smells great. Almond milk is easy too

Fake meat gets a little lame after a while. I gave it up after a few years, although I'll make seitan once in a while. The smell of meat becomes a real turn off a few years after going veg.

I was SAD to discover that Morningstar Farms veggie bacon is NOT VEGAN. It has egg in there... We got the Lightlife brand instead. I'm going to experiment with making tempeh. :) My husband just quit eating meat "cold turkey" and said he wanted to be a vegan. I've been ovo lacto veg for many years, so I was totally shocked. :) It was a good shock, though, so in support I'm going vegan too. :)

Yay Team ..! I applaud y'r Vego-Evangelistic tenancies. When Meat-Eaters contemplate Vegetables, they THINK they'll lie awake at night ; craving the taste & texture of Burned, Dead, Animals... Eventually, they wake up to themselves ; as you imply...! After several years of not eating meat, the Intestinal Bacteria to digest it have starved to Death ; & any meat eaten will be vomited, later, regardless of "Tasting good !"
