i think you need to look up the word supplant in the dictionary or reword your sentence because Jane Seymour was SUPPORTED by the Catholics.

As you do not know me please do not presume that you know my meaning, or take it upon yourself to suppose that I need to reword my previous comment. Supplant means to take the place (of another) by force, scheming, strategy or the like, how in any shape or form can you argue that Jane did not do that to Anne? Many factions at court were very keen to get rid of the protestant Anne and Jane was purposefully dangled in front of the Kings nose by the Catholics to lure him back to the 'true' faith.
