  • Learning a swing method like RST for any given part of the game is much better then beating balls on the range, or the short game area or putting green. If you do not learn the correct fundmentals of a given method then you just ingrain bad habits moving from tip to tip. Find a method first and then repeat those moves over and over without a club in your hand, let the brain learn what it is you are doing and why. Then it is time to get that bucket of balls. RST gave me a swing I trust 100%.

  • Also, it helps to work on one part of your game such as putting for 30 minutes then go to the range for 30 minutes. keep rotating around practice area, the putting green, driving range, chipping green and the new fundamentals become a routine to your brain like getting up, taking a shower and going to work. Heres another one, say you sway. Besides practicing, you can watch a video of someone who doesn't sway to stimulate mirror nuerons. Get lots of sleep, you learn in your sleep.
