The U.S. people and government should know equality of opportunity is not established in most of Latin American countries, as Honduran agriculture workers have no opportunities to be paid a fair wage for their hard works, but a small minority of farm owners are very rich. Are the farm owners really capable people? I don't think so. If it were true, they could sell out their established interests because they would acquire them again under competitive free market.
